Bootcamps
If you are looking for fitness instruction in a group setting, Power Up Bootcamps are a great option. Held entirely outdoors, our total-body conditioning program will strengthen & tone, while building a stronger core with a cross-fit style of training.
With commitment to the program, you will lose inches, increase lean muscle mass, and drop negative habits. Perfect for those seeking expert guidance to jump-start their fitness program or to complement their current program. Classes are 60 min. and meet twice a week. Please call or email to learn more. Classes are at Ella Bailey Park in Magnolia. We meet once a week on Saturday mornings at 9am.
